Guest guest
I hadn't heard fibromyalgia was tied to inability to get enough tryptophan but that makes sense with the symptoms. But, hmm, I've always read tryptophan is in relatively short supply compared with other amino acids, and it " competes " with them for absorption, so we don't always the benefit of it from what we eat. I usually take betaine hydrochloride with any protein (especially meat) to insure that I'm digesting it well. Jeanmarie On Sep 11, 2009, at 5:58 AM, haecklers wrote: > It's possible.
