Guest guest
For me, it's a long story, and to some extent an ongoing story. I'll respond more fully when I can, as it's not quite as simple as cured/ not cured. I learned how to take better care of myself and I definitely don't have the extreme symptoms I once did (tired and wired simultaneously, deep exhaustion and feeling the adrenaline coursing through my body at the same time etc). I followed the recommendations is Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Disease. I think that's by the same doctor behind www.adrenalfatigue.org if I remember correctly. Ross, whom I went to see at her clinic, gave me good advice that I ignored and lived to regret (don't train for a marathon when you are in grief and recovering from various emotional shocks and physical stressors!). I started getting into WAP at about the same time and as I've adopted these principles I have seen better results. Avoiding sugar and caffeine, getting plenty of good fats and sufficient protein, eating lacto/fermented foods, taking appropriate supplements, especially CLO, are of course the foundation. And getting good quality sleep. Controlling negative/defeatist thinking. Of course real life gets in the way of all of these...
