First I quit wheat, then vastly reduced cereal grains and legumes. I can have them but I think soaking is a bother. Right now I'm on a Nairn's oat cake box (not WAPF prepared) with no problems. I don't think I'm that sensitive to non-wheat gluten. Dairy - I eat raw milk cheese (or as close as I can get), butter, and cream. Don't like milk or yogurt. Too bad about the yogurt, the ferment would be nice. I don't think I'm sensitive to dairy in that way. German/Scots/Irish/English ethnicity (northern Europe).
