Guest guest
I don't think that your diet is adequate for a nursing mother and that whatever helps the panic attacks from the wise recs here won't kick in until you fix those issues. If the op is nursing, then d3 and magnesium with mega b complex supplementation and extra of the so-called minor b's (inositol and choline especially, and paba) are absolutely necessary; it is nearly impossible to get enough of these in the diet -surfing the toxic soup of postmodernism requires more of them from our livers. However, you can learn about getting these from diet at amanda's tf website www.rebuild-from-depression.com I would not follow any guidelines put out by the WAPF on successful breastfeeding and diet- they weren't successful, eh? For myself, I felt amazingly different after starting those while nursing, along with iodine and selenium for my thyroid issues. Of course, I try to get as much as I can from food sources like everyone else reading here. I've missed reading this list, as I gave it up to start a tf business in real life ;0!
