time for a re-think of supplements

Hi,

that's a very good idea as I have found out to be taking too much as well.

And especially the " syntetic " supplements, which are far away from the vitamins

in natural form.

I Had been taking Nature's life multivitamin & mineral supplement with 500mg vit C

added, but decided that taking chlorella, I can easily drop this supplement.

I have miraculously gotten better, from depression, fatigue and legs tingling

after walking minnimum distances. And yet I am taking so many formulas to aid me

that I don't know which one to attribute it to. I think the colloidal minerals,

as well as the green food does a lot. So I will attribute it to the angels I

think.

I am just so grateful. I follow your discussion on Prokarin but don't quite get

what exactly it is about and think how Europe is behind with the research.

So currently I am taking:

chlorella 3x6 tablets

colloidal gold 7ppm 2x5ml

colloidal rhodium+platine 7ppm 2x5ml

young barley powder 3x1 table spoon in a little water

omega 3 2x1

probiotics1x1

vit D3 3000UI

and then I take meds for allergy Aerius, Symbicort for asthma, Persen forte, a

phytopharmacs for sleep improvement, Medrol 4mg for managing the side symptoms

of Rebif, along with ibuprofenum (which i am so unhappy about)

So I got two additional lesions in my spinal cord apart from the 5mm one in my

C4-5 which was found in November.

Doctor threatened me that if I go off the meds, that the damage done now to the

nerves is going to be irreversible. LDN still not being an option for her.

Offered me anti-depressants but I would NEVER take those and am glad I recovered

from the depression with the help of spiritual realms.

I am just so happy to be ok and going to work and to the forest.

Thank you!

> As I still follow the BBD , having allergies to most of the foods they

recommend you not eat anyway, I am taking acidophilus to counter the no dairy in

my diet. I take the 3 standard (ca, ma and vitamin d) that seem to help

everyone with MS. I take pycnogenol as a strong antioxidant, IP6 to get rid of

iron in the brain, green tea extract and turmeric to help circulation, and

spirulina in the summer to help avoid cramp in the swimming season. I shall play

around with the rest and see if I really need them anymore.

The US is behind on the research for Prokarin too. It was developed by a private

individal and the pharmaceutical companies don't want to kill their cash cow by

promoting a therapy that won't make them rich. CCSVI is facing the same issues.

There are several links that have been posted to this group that will take you

to better information. Search the archives for Prokarin.
