Guest guest
Hi , do you think you'll need to have it done again? Why isn't it permanent and how much does it cost? I actually had it three times, June 2010 (a few weeks of benefits), Aug 2010 (6 months of benefits), Mar 2011 (symptoms came back but there were no blockages, nothing to fix, little benefits). Still, I'm glad I had it. I've had MS since 1997. Overall the CCSVI treatment was beneficial. Pino Hi
Guest guest
Hi Pamela Do you know much about CCSVI? I have an info email I can send out to you tomorrow if you like. It might help give you some information and direct you to some sites which can explain it all to you. Stenosis is something which happens gradually generally - the inner 'linings' of veins have cells which overpopulate causing stenosis. As tis is programmed into our DNA, it happens when things like Diet, lifestyle and lack of nutrients are in an amount to cause/maintain stenosis. The procedure isn't permanent because the body will tend to restenose in some cases. I recommend that anyone interested in getting the procedure done schools up on the hows and whys of it all.
