Guest guest
Time for a re-think of supplements. , who is on Prokarin takes ca, ma, zinc and B12. What are others surviving on? I want to revamp my huge intake of supplements. As I still follow the BBD , having allergies to most of the foods they recommend you not eat anyway, I am taking acidophilus to counter the no dairy in my diet. I take the 3 standard (ca, ma and vitamin d) that seem to help everyone with MS. I take pycnogenol as a strong antioxidant, IP6 to get rid of iron in the brain, green tea extract and turmeric to help circulation, and spirulina in the summer to help avoid cramp in the swimming season. I shall play around with the rest and see if I really need them anymore. What do you all find are your " must haves " ? Thanks, Janet
