Guest guest
My GP put me on Lovantra, which is high quality, concentrated, Omega 3 Fish Oil, to address my high Triglyceride level of 400. It worked well. My Triglycerides are now down to 140. However, it did not improve my MS symptoms. -Tim > > I read what Barry Sears of The Zone had to say about the benefits of high doses of fish oil. It sounded promising even for ms. Has anyone tried this? >
Guest guest
That is impressive news about the lowered Triglycerides. I am getting my information from Toxic Fat by Barry Sears. He says that for neurological disorders at least 10 grams of EPA and DHA are necessary. Less will not help. Only problem is the expense and it is probably a lifetime commitment. Plus he also insists on his eating plan. Not so easy but that is why I trust his information because if I follow The Zone regime I feel alot better. > > > > I read what Barry Sears of The Zone had to say about the benefits of high doses of fish oil.
