Has anyone researched Probiotics?

It was brought up recently from an MS friend and had heard

About it, but never looked into it.

How about Cinnamon for MS. Stops progression in mice.

Hello:

It seems promising but I have a question. Since we have a leaky gut, at least

when you have not treat this problem (if it is always possible) getting away

candidas, etc. So if your gut is not sealed, this proteins can passed trough the

blood streem and I don´t know if it would have any impact.

I do both probiotics and cinnamon. The probiotics are living, made from kefir

(fermented raw goat milk), kombucha, fermented veggies, sprouted grains, cheese

made from raw goat milk and sourdough bread. I eat fermented butter made from

grass fed cows when I can get it. Cinnamon is good for balancing blood sugar,

particularly important if you are insulin resistant. I feel great but I'm still

not walking. No progression of MS, knock wood. I take lots of different enzymes.

I wouldn't make it my only source of probiotics but it is fermented and the

sourdough produces acids that break down gluten. The center does not get hot

enough to kill the enzymes. It's more trouble than it's worth sometimes and I

don't make it often but it's nice to have bread once in awhile. I also make

bread with coconut flour or rice flour for a change, not often.
