According to Dr Schulze, it will eliminate any/all eye problems, except

possibly those due to major trauma (e.g., if you poked our your eye with a

stick, it probably wouldn't cause you to regrow a new eye ;)...

Hi Wong,

Yes, they are strong words...

It (the eyewash) got rid of ALL of my floaters (I had them REALLY bad, for

many years).

There is no end to the testimonials from others, for everything from

floaters to cataracts, to simply eliminating the need for eyeglasses. You

just have to use the eyewash on a regular basis.

Yes, the cayenne will sting - like hell, if you use a lot of it - but it

will NOT damage your eyes in any way, shape or form. On the contrary, they

feel great afterwards.

Anyone who follows ANYONE else's advice blindly, whether it is a friend, a

stranger from an internet email list, or a world renowned M.D., is being

irresponsible, and if they hurt themselves, then they have only themselves

to blame.

If you try it, you won't be disappointed...

Just two things:

Make sure you are using a quality formula, and

Don't expect it to dissolve the floaters in a day. It may take weeks, it

may take months (everyone is different), but it will work if you are

diligent. You will, of course, see them get smaller and smaller as time

goes on.

In the course of this discussion, eye pressure was mentioned. When my dd,

Kaiyah saw Dr Stjernholm last month, he mentioned a head harness or head

traction device. Not for K- this is her main problem but she's too small

to do this, but to alliviate eye pressure due to compression at the neck

area & under the jaw line (I will have to look up the mucsle he

mentioned-it is straight down from the center of the eye, under the jaw

bone-press deeply & you will feel the congestion/pain.) Now he never

mentioned floaters but he did mention release of pressure & vision

correction-several precriptions at least. I think it might be worth a

try.

He modifies the water weight w/ 12 in lengths of chain & 4 " S " hooks. The

harness fits over a door. Then you just bend your knees to stretch the

neck gently & slowly-that is the key. You also have the benefit of

gravity & the use of your own body to utilize.

I bought mine at a yard sale but I could scan the pic if you want to see

it. Let me know.

Dr Schulzes eyewash will relieve this congestion as well. It simply forces

ALL of the gunk from the eyes, and sinus cavities and even the eustachain

tube, if used long enough.

Try it, you'll like it.

Hi Gail,

The formula is based on Dr s, and contains:

Eyebright Herb, Goldenseal root, Red Raspberry leaves, Mullein flower,

Fennel seed, Rue tops and Cayenne pepper

but contains 10 times the cayenne.

You can order the tincture from a number of on-line sellers.

Dr Schulze strongly recommends buying the herbs in bulk and making your own

tinctures and formulas, but the next best thing is to order them from The

American Botanical Pharmacy at:

Sorry, forgot to answer your other questions...

Although I have never had to wear glasses, so cannot give you firsthand

testimony, the answerr is a resounding yes, you can eliminate your need for

any glasses - but like I said, it may take longer for some than others.

The good news is, it is a process, so you will see a steady increase in the

quality of your vision.

Be aware - if you find yourself getting headaches while wearing your

glasses, this is a sign that you need to go to the optometrist and get a

WEAKER prescription. This is how the process is described by those who

have eliminated their need for glasses.

Make it happen!

Hi -

That's interesting! Thanks for the info. It's low iron that causes floaters

for you? I have lots of them - I mainly notice them in the morning & if I am in

a bright room.

They are just annoying - I'll have to check into my iron levels. Is that a

prescription you take - or is it over the counter?

Have a nice weekend - wish the darn rain would go away - it's getting

depressing!

take care,

THANKS fpr the info. I have been considering using a gerneric form anyway.

I understand that it is the same as the real Armour. Armour's patent is

over and generics are possible. Anyone have any info on generics ?

I'm not sure if iron is the only reason, but it seems to be for me. I just

got it at CVS. Ferrous sulfate 325 mgs. This rain is depressing and it's

not going to stop anytime soon. At least it's April. Daylight savings is

this weekend I think - yah! One of my favorite days of the year.

I'm not familiar with an herbal formula. I have read that 10 thousands

milligrams of biolfavinoids a day for about a month does the trick. I

tried it and it worked for me.

Sorry I do not have any link or literature to back this up, just memory

and experience.

I used NOW Foods biofavinoids.

BIOFLAVINOIDS are usually found in the better, natural types of

Vitamin C Check out <vitacost.com> NSI brand. Also while you're there

check out a product called OptiAll. I've been using it for a few

years. It has kept my IOP in range and I believe it also got rid of

my floaters. Jim

Hi Jim and Donna,

thanks for your help.

So Jim is

NSI Advan-C with Quercetin & Bioflavonoids -- 1000 mg 180 Capsules

what you are talking about. That had " biofavinoids " in it. and does

OptiAll have biofavinoids in it as well ??

and

Donna

I found a whole bunch of " Now Foods " products at iHerb is

" Now Foods, Eye Support Clinical Strength "

along with there 23 other ingrediants listed Citrus Bioflavonoids

(min. 37% total bioflavonoids as Hesperidin)

and the site iHerd also listed at least 5 diffrent Citrus

Bioflavonoids products by diffrent companys.

so am i correct that the 1,000 mg is the one to take ??

Jim and Donna

thanks

Hi Ivan and Donna

If bioflavinoids by themselves can help with " floaters " then the Vit C complex

should do much more. Like ascorbic acid, bioflavinoids are just a fraction of

the whole C complex. And, any fraction of the whole cannot function well when

the rest of the (synergistic) components are missing.

Natural Vit C complex contains rutin (vitamin P), the bioflavinoid complex, the

" K " factor, the " J " factor, tyrosinase (organic copper), and components not yet

identified, as well as ascorbic acid and ascorbigen.

Ascorbic acid serves only as the antioxidant " wrapper " ; rutin is important for

blood vessel strength and other collagen-containing tissues; bioflavinoids

cooperate with the overall function of the complex with a multiplicity of roles;

The " K " factor supports the blood clotting mechanism as well as the integrity of

bones, organs, glands and tissues; the " J " factor supports the oxygen carrying

capacity of the blood; and tyrosinase is the trace element (organic copper)

activator.

So, as you can see the Vit C Complex is needed for ALL metabolic processes.

I've mentioned that Amla powder is a potent source but is not readily available

everywhere. Another great source is cayenne pepper which can be easliy found.

Of course many whole foods also contain it.

Hi Ivan,

I have not looked at all their bioflavinoid products. The only one I

have used is NOW Foods Bioflavinoids, 500 mgs and 1000 mgs. If you type

NOW Foods bioflavinoids in the sites search window, it will come up.

Although I use supplements usually sold to doctors, I know NOW is

a good company, probably the best there is in the health food stores.

I remember my wife telling me their cranberry extract was stronger than

what was sold by Physiologics, a brand that sells to docs and drug

stores.
