Guest guest
http://www.naturodoc.com/library/lifestyle/umeboshi_vinegar.htm This is a very interesting article! Most cultures that were healthy had some form of pickles/ferment they ate with every meal. Perhaps we need to add " vinegar " to our list of WAP foods to get plenty of! Guest guest
I was considering having a bone broth and red meat with every meal. The bone broth will contain vinegar in it. Have that three times a day. Primarily red meat as my protein intake. Whatcha guys think of them apples?  Dan Holt From: doublethink03 <doublethink03@...> Subject: Re: vinegar, Krebs cycle and eliminating fatigue Date: Tuesday, March 23, 2010, 1:16 AM  What is the man writing about? Guest guest
This must mean any whole food source of citric acid applied to every meal with proteins, especially of animal origin, greatly help with muscle recovery from daily stress. Â So I don't have to necessarily use vinegar. I can use lemon squeeze, lime squeeze, those would be good choices. Â Would white wine be another good choice for the purpose of citric acid benefits?
