I was considering having a bone broth and red meat with every meal. The bone

broth will contain vinegar in it. Have that three times a day. Primarily red

meat as my protein intake. Whatcha guys think of them apples?

What is the man writing about? Vinegar powder?? Umeboshi? It's confusing me and

I don't want to read the whole thing...

This must mean any whole food source of citric acid applied to every meal with

proteins, especially of animal origin, greatly help with muscle recovery from

daily stress.

So I don't have to necessarily use vinegar. I can use lemon squeeze, lime

squeeze, those would be good choices.

Would white wine be another good choice for the purpose of citric acid benefits?
