I hated liver and onions as a healthy child (way back in the middle ages, before meat was so contaminated with patented substances). I'm not so vibrantly healthy any more; been eating a little grass-fed liver lately, and it tastes good, a small amount every week or so. Well, today, I warmed up that small portion and knew with the smell that that wouldn't be enough. Kept getting more and more out of the freezer 'til I had eaten like 4x more than I usually do.
