Guest guest
Thanks! It was a very interesting article! I latched onto the apple cider vinegar helping with the biofilms. Ironically I saw this today and it has me intrigued now - about using apple cider vinegar to cure fibroids. http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/fibroids.html I've been seeing things lately about how too much sugar in the diet can throw the estrogen out of balance - I don't think it's only from too much fat making too much estrogen, either. If the excess sugar is causing bacterial problems in the small intestine (and they have a biofilm), perhaps the apple cider vinegar taken daily is helping the balance in the intestines and that is allowing the body to again regulate its hormones. Some enzymes are necessary to turn the bad forms of estrogen into the good forms, and I wouldn't doubt the bacteria in the intestines are playing a role in there somehow - either using up the enzymes so the change cannot happen or using up some of the key ingredients for the change. > > Wow...fascinating blog by scientist may help explain a lot about > inflammatory diseases and gut health. > > http://coolinginflammation.blogspot.com/2009/09/cure-for-inflammatory-diseas > es.html > > or > > http://tinyurl.com/y8hq97t > > > Suze Fisher > > " Think occasionally of the suffering of which you spare yourself the sight. Maybe, but the biggest take-home message I got from it is that a number of these home remedies (ACV, probiotics, fiber, etc.) work *synergistically* to dismantle the biofilms and kill the bacteria hiding in them. So I think that it's important to include each thing that does its own unique job, yet contributes to the whole, when trying to do a protocol to remove the biofilms and their pathogenic bacteria. I have to read it again though, and study it more closely. I really think he's on to something very important.... Suze
