Sorry, I accidentally deleted the original post.

Four things together worked to eliminate my restless leg problems

I increased my magnesium.

I increased my calcium to maintain the Magnesium/ calcium balance

I reduced my dietary oxalates

and I made it a point to spend at least 30 min a day doing various leg

stretches.
