....for the outbreaks of bacterial diseases associated with foods, I am reminded

of one side of a conversation that I heard in the food buyer's office of a large

institution. The buyer was telling the shipper to try to avoid putting the raw

meat products on top of the fresh produce in the trucks.

Ya think?!?!?
