Guest guest
Hi Tom, For spinal trouble you could try 'The Egoscue Method' sets of stretching exercises - they are very gentle and not like traditonal exercises. When Sandi had a slipped disk her neuro wanted her fast-tracked and operated on because her MS symptoms were getting worse due to the stress and pain but I consulted an Egoscue therapist who within a month or so was able to get Sandi at least walking upright again. A few years on now, Sandi still does the exercises to ensure her posture is as good as can be. Cheers, Pinda > > I am 69, diagnosed in 1984....in a power chair for last 7 years.
