1 ( A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER MAY PROVIDE HEALTH CARE RELATED TO THE

2 PREVENTION OF A SEXUALLY TRANSMISSIBLE DISEASE, INCLUDING ADMINISTERING

3 VACCINES, TO A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS WITHOUT THE

4 CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS OF SUCH PERSON,

5 PROVIDED THAT THE PERSON HAS CAPACITY TO CONSENT TO THE CARE, WITHOUT

6 REGARD TO THE PERSON'S AGE, AND THE PERSON CONSENTS.

Below is the first major funded demonstration project to mass vaccinate all the

children via

PUBLIC SCHOOL HEALTH CLINICS in Denver, Colorado. The Obama Healthcare bill has

funding for these demonstration

projects for all the states. The Rand corporation (a govt.strategy

organization) advises that parental consent

is a stumbling block to mass vaccinations.

As

things continue to heat up here in Colorado, Health Advocacy in the Public

Interest (HAPI) is anxious to " get back to it " and fight back. For

those who don't already know, Denver public schools have now become vaccination

clinics as the result of a $1.6 million dollar pilot program grant. To see
