Guest guest
Hi , gave a great response to your question, so I can't add much. I'm assuming that you are having the doppler ultrasound done for your testing. Is that correct? I recommend that you have the ultrasound done by someone who is familiar with CCSVI and does a good job. The ultrasound should take about 2 hours if it's done right. Note: The surgery is only about one hour (mine was about 1:20). If the ultrasound isn't done right, then you are likely to have false negatives (i.e. you could have CCSVI, but it's not detected). I definitely recommend having the ultrasound done. It's non-invasive, and it is an important piece of data to have. When you get the results, you can decide if you want to do the surgery now or delay it. Or you might not be a candidate (need 2 out of 5 parameters). Good luck! Please keep us updated.
