Is it > significantly high? > Zero B12 and probably very tiny, insignificant amounts of the other B vitamins because B vitamins are not only created by microbes during fermentation but also consumed by microbes with hours or days as the microbial populations gradually shift. By the time kombucha is ready to drink I would expect most of the B vitamins to be gone.
