questions about tonsils--tonsils out

just took our dd to orothodontist /dentist ....he says her tonsils are a 4 out

of 5 size measurements wise...her health is generally good due to WAP diet :-)

any thoughts on why they would be enlarged? and of course what to do to make

them go to a regular size outside of removing them?
