 SEEKING MORE PARTNERSHIP IN FINANCIAL & NON FINANCIAL AREAS ESPECIALLY TO

BRING ICONS/CELEBRITIES ON 21ST DECEMBER AT SMS STADIUM JAIPUR DURING THE EVENT

OF STATE LEVEL CRICKET MATCH BY HIV+ PEOPLE.

WAD 08 marks the 20th anniversary of World AIDS Day. Each year, World AIDS Day

is celebrated throughout the world; a commitment is reaffirmed to protect

present and future generations from the threat of the disease. .The 1st of

December, World AIDS Day, is the day when individuals and organisations from

around the world come together to bring attention to the global AIDS epidemic.

There is still much more to be done. December 1 is annually commemorated across

the world as World AIDS Day. This day is dedicated to provide opportunities to

recommit ourselves to the crusade for the defeat of HIV and AIDS. It is

therefore very apt that the theme for this year's commemoration lead, empower a

deliver " place emphasizes on more accountability and commitment.

Today we join people, organizations around to promote enhanced accountability

from leaders on their commitments and generate greater public awareness and

engagement on the problem of AIDS nationwide. The

challenge of combating the HIV and AIDS pandemic remains and we are convinced

that at no stage of our efforts to keep our promise must we show signs of

despair and hopelessness.

We must draw courage and inspiration from the tremendous progress we are making.

We are working hard to keep the promise. We RNP+ a state level network for PLWHA

affiliated to INP+ since its beginning in 2002 working hard to improve the life

of PLWHA in this great state.

Now we are in line with Global fund activities to promote access to treatment

care and support.

This year we are palnning to observe WAD by organising  an inovative programme :

The beggining of a state level cricket match by HIV+ people to bring PPCP

concpet close to children orphaned by AIDS.

RCA , UNICEF , RSACS, UNAIDS,PFI, INP+,SONI HOSPITALS ,PATAHNJALI YOG PEETH ,

WORLD VISION INDIA are partnered with this initiative so far and in many areas

we have to confirm attempts to impliment this prograame in a tremendous  manner

..

Support systems are increasing and your prompt initative on the mentioned areas

on or before 18th of this month will surely help us to moblise the communty at

large and bring a desired impact of this prograame in an assetrtive manner .

i think  this is a unique attempt; So far no attempt has originated in this

regard neither state nor national level. This can be count as a first endeavor

ever attempted by PLWHA group with the support of public private community

partnership for the life of children infected and affected. Support systems are

mobilizing around and as you aware a comfortable amount and technical resources

are required to met the expenses conveniently and all the expenses will be meet

out by PPCP concept also.

so we are specially requesting your powerful efforts to get confirm

any celebrities /icons to promte this event in a great style.

Kindly consider this request and do the needful at the earliest, as our planning

process progress your conformation will help us to  make his event a tremendous

success.
