Guest guest
First, her book and website are more current than Nourishing Traditions. Second, she does provide a reference - if not on her website directly, then for sure in her phytic acid report and/or her book. I'd look it up in her book but I've loaned my copy out. However, if I recall correctly, it was a citation she found in the food science literature after Nourishing Traditions was published. -jennifer On Apr 4, 2010, at 11:52 PM, coloredoctave wrote: > Hello, > > Does anyone familiar with this woman and her website? Guest guest
I'm afraid I didn't look at the other posts. Can you give me her website? I eat soaked oats almost every night so this is important. I include a dolup of raw apple cider vinegar to aid in breaking down stuff. Thanks, Re: Rose: Rebuild from depression > >First, her book and website are more current than Nourishing Traditions.
