First, her book and website are more current than Nourishing Traditions.

Second, she does provide a reference - if not on her website directly, then for

sure in her phytic acid report and/or her book. I'd look it up in her book but

I've loaned my copy out. However, if I recall correctly, it was a citation she

found in the food science literature after Nourishing Traditions was published.

the current issue of Wise Traditions covers this topic. I just received mine in

the mail on Saturday and haven't had time to read this section yet but the new

techniques are more involved that what is in NT.

I'm afraid I didn't look at the other posts. Can you give me her website? I eat

soaked oats almost every night so this is important. I include a dolup of raw

apple cider vinegar to aid in breaking down stuff.
