Dear friends:

I am aware that the blogs on my Nutrientscure WordPress site are not organized,

or easily found. I apologize to all for this. Hopefully, this blog will help the

reader find the gist of my Nutrientscure WordPress website, without having a

great deal of difficulty when doing so.

When I attended the Natural Solutions Foundation War Council meeting in Newton,

NJ on January 2nd and 3rd (2010) I brought a number of identical packages with

[End of list of blogs handed out to 2010 War Council Attendees. About 20 to 22

packages of these blogs were given out. When I gave each of these packages out I

tried to get " the most bang for the buck " . I sincerely wish I could have brought

more " blog packages " with me. I also wish I had the time to add a blog

containing a table of contents, with remarks on a number of blogs listed.

Unfortunately, I did not have enough time or money to prepare for this

conference much more than I did. ]

I sincerely wish I had printed the following blog as well, and added it to each

package given out. This blog would have helped anyone (that received a package

in NJ) realize that my Nutrientscure WordPress site contains many more blogs

that those that were printed.

Conclusion

The above list of blogs represent a progression of knowledge over the past

fifteen and a half years or so. Much of this knowledge was acquired from other

persons through books they had written, and that I then read. Some of this

progression of knowledge represents new and original discovery, first of my own,

then of my son Willy as well.

The body of knowledge represented in the above list of blogs first solidified to

the point it was useful to other persons in January 1998. (At this point, I

still had much to learn, but at least I had the proper conceptual framework in

which to be learning it.)

In January 1998, I prepared and gave a presentation of a bit over an hour in

length to an audience composed of Ellen Copeland (an author of recovery

material), her husband Ed, and about a dozen attendees of a training seminar

that Ellen had hosted in San , California. This presentation, which

represented a world leading understanding of bipolar disorder at the time it was

given, concerned how to overcome manic depression via the sole use of natural

means. It was videotaped with a video camera that I had purchased for this

event, and had brought with me. I did give out over 130 copies of these

videotapes over the next few years. This was done in an attempt to help the

world understand what my illness was all about, as well as how to best overcome

it. The very last copy that I had of this presentation was loaned out in the

summer of 2006 to a fellow named Sasha Cohen of the Icarus Project in NYC. I

told him when I loaned it to him how critically important the last copy of this

presentation was to me, and that I needed it back after he had looked at it.

Unfortunately, this last copy has yet to be returned to me, nor have I ever

received any response whatsoever from Mr. Cohen whenever I have tried to contact

him.
