Guest guest
Hey all, Does anybody know if fermentation can get rid of oxalic acid? I know that steaming my spinach lightly will get rid of the oxalic acid, but what about soaking it in kefir for a couple days? (And while we're at it, why exactly does steaming get rid of oxalic acid, anyway?) Thanks for your help, Brad
