Guest guest
Hello, Does anyone familiar with this woman and her website? She says soaking oats doesn't neutralize the phytates. " With oats and corn, soaking for 12 hours is insufficient – the phytic acid levels are still about 75% of their original levels. Simple solution: Add rye flakes to your oats. When making oatmeal, use about 10% rye flakes and follow the instructions I provide above on soaking. " I don't believe Nourishing Traditions has this info. I would really like to know if this is really true. I'd appreciate any opinion. Joan
