how do you store/dispense your raw honey?

I just got a tub of raw honey from my farmer, and I thought I would ask for your

wisdom & great ideas for how to store and dispense this gooey thick treat.

I've tried a spoon from the tub that it comes in. The spoon works okay (I can

live with it) but the tub is a problem. It has a screw top, and the whole thing

gets all gunked up each time I use it.

I'm wondering if there's any solution that someone has dreamed up which keeps

the honey fresh and is more convenient in terms of cleanliness and dispensing.
