I did some digging and found a study where they measured phytic acid levels before and after. Ideally a phytase test strip would do the trick, but I don't believe such a thing exists. I would think there is some need for this as phytase is common ingredient in animal feed and since it's heat sensitive, you'd want to test for it to make sure it's in there and still active.
