Guest guest
My local dairy just had a mass recall for Salmonella outbreak. I buy regular RbST free milk from the store to culture. My jug was def. on the list of recall. I used it for Kefir. Does anyone know if this means my grains are contaminated and any future fermenting will make Salmonella? I only used part of the gallon for making yogurt and my kefir grains. Have not had any reactions fro mthe yogurt - milk was re heated though. But have not drank any milk kefir from this tainted gallon. Ideas??
