Is the flap issue hiatal hernia or is that something entirely different? If it

were food allergy it would be a lot of them then...... please not that one :).

Maybe the raw foods have more enzymes. The hiatal hernia thing is weird to me,

you go to a chiropractor and he does this

uncomfortable adjustment. I have had it done but it didn't help. If I had

insurance I would try for the heidelberg test just to rule out the stomach acid

issue.

Do you drink any teas or coffees?

The one thing that's confusing is if you don't have enough stomach acid and you

drink coffee, you are making things more acidic so why does it feel worse

instead of better?

Also you can take more hcl for more acid but what does a person take to increase

intrinsic factor since it's the same cells that make both and if one function is

impaired, the other is likely impaired?

sense now. I suspect hypo as my temps have been low for a long time. Used to

be waking 94ish when i first started NT now waking is about 96.- 97. Number is

least likely although there are times i do over indulge LOL. Very rare. SO do

you think the fact that raw foods seem to stay down better would affect the flap

issue? Is the flap issue hiatal hernia or is that something entirely different?
