Guest guest
The only time I have ever heard anything negative about mechanical seperation of milk and cream is from a "Primal Diet" advocate, devoted to the teachings of Aajonus Vonderplanitz. This raw foodie owned a herd share with the same dairy I do, where the cream is seperated by centrifuge. He told me he would not take cream or butter as part of his herd share, only the whole milk, yogurt, kefir, etc. When I asked why, I recall him telling me that Aajonus says the fat particles are damaged by the mechanical action of the centrifuge and one should only comsume "skimmed" cream. Perhaps if you research the Primal Diet, there might be more of an explanation. Lynn
