Guest guest
I don't see why you wouldn't just want to eat the whole foods. There's nothing particularly special about this vegetable blend except maybe the fiber it offers. If you doubt you're getting in all of your plant nutrients you mine as well go with this one: http://life-enthusiast.com/usa/iridesca-250g-p-619.html?tab=ingredients You can store it in the fridge and reduce the servings so it will last you two months. It comes out to $35 a serving. A better value than the $42 a month for the juice plus that doesn't have nearly as much in it. Below is their site and a WIKI article and what do you think? I have a friend who sells them and of course would like for us to buy them. She thinks they are totally legitimate and the research is solid and Dr. Sears promotes them etc.... lol. http://en.wikipedia .org/wiki/ Juice_Plus https://www. juiceplus. com/nsa/content/ Welcome.soa who is cross posting

Guest guest
I say to always go organic produce. Look into getting some cheap organic produce weekly box sets from an available distributor. Juice Plus is just some pyramid scheme that's going around. Guest guest
here's a recent comment from Sally on the chapter leader's list: I am concerned about the goitrogens, oxalic acid, etc that would be in the concentrated dried vegetables. The best way to eat vegetables is cooked with plenty of butter and cream.
