Supplements/herbs for prostate health

Hi all,

My father, aged 65, has recently been suffering from BPH. Thankfully, it's not

so serious as to have surgery, but it is painful and very uncomfortable.

He's looking for alternative medicines that can help alleviate his condition as

he wants to avoid allopathy as much as it's possible.

The doctor said that, as of now, it's not malignant and that there's no

infection present. So, my father wants to treat it as soon as possible to

prevent future complications.

Any info on how this can be alleviated will be greatly appreciated.
