I am having the same problem (anxiety attacks). I already take Xanax but I am

developing tolerance. Am considering an antidepressant but don't know which one

or if I should?

When I told my Nuero and asked for help, he prescribed Lexapro. It has

eliminated anxiety attacks. I went off it once - bad idea. I take it today.

Hi ,

Thank you all for your feedback.

I take xanax when i'm having an attack but it is too scary and would like to

prevent them

I don't know what to do to calm myself and get really agitated. How are your

attacks?

Years ago, way before MS I had panic attacks. Stress-related for sure. Vitamin

B complex helped. Breathing and rebreathing into a paper bag was what was

fashionable, and seemed to work. In calm moments try to work out what emotion,

if any, is triggering them. Janet
