Guest guest
I am having the same problem (anxiety attacks). I already take Xanax but I am developing tolerance. Am considering an antidepressant but don't know which one or if I should? I went off it once - bad idea. I take it today. > Pamela >Â

Guest guest
Years ago, way before MS I had panic attacks. Stress-related for sure. Vitamin B complex helped. Breathing and rebreathing into a paper bag was what was fashionable, and seemed to work. In calm moments try to work out what emotion, if any, is triggering them.
