Guest guest
getting off the gluten can be difficult, it took me a couple of years of going off and back on and feeling horrible when I try to go back on, finally you learn how much it is effecting you and you cut it out for good. It takes a while for some people to wean off of it. If you want to chelate mercury, I would just go very slowly with some chlorella tablets. Just take a dose just below it causing symptoms. I took 200mg. a day for a year until I could work up to higher doses. The benefit is that it also pulls a bunch of bad stuff out of your system, chemicals, pesticides etc. > > > Thanks .
