I need to add that I only use 1/4 of a disc because I was having a stronger

reaction than I desired from a higer dose. Another option would be to take it

off sooner and replace it as needed. Alison

A report on my experiences using 1/4 of a dose of Prokarin. I sleep through the

night (for the last week or so and last night I had a dream which I remember),

my dexterity has improved and while not perfect, I can write my name legibly. My

feet haven't been swollen for the last few days, I don't worry about the

bathroom being too far away, my feet don't burn or tingle (which worried me at

first because it has been so long that this was the case that I thought that I

was losing my sense of feeling), I perspire when I get hot and I have more

small, but excititing, improvements. Standing, using the bars, has gotten easier

and so has getting in and out of bed.

B

I've tried several dosages and so far this is the only one that I can use all

day without feeling dizzy or nervous. It seems to be working well at this

point.

I have cut way back on supplementation. I do take cal/mag as reccomended by

Elaine and it comes with the order of Prokarin. I still take zinc at 25mg/day

and I take B-12 every few days.

At this point I highly recommend it.

This is great to read . Congratulations. I hope your improvements

continue. I can't wait to get started myself.

It's exciting to me too! I have gotten better by using a different approach but

I always hit a wall in some areas. I may have found an un-locked gate this time.

I hope you do try it Tim. I had to experiment with it to get the right dose.

Don't think that it won't work if you feel bad with a whole disc. Use less

before you go all out or use more and work your way down until you see positive

results. It has worked for too many people to discount it's ineffectiveness.

I cut it into pieces with an x-acto knife. I tried 1/2 and a whole disc but

those made me feel bad. 1/4 makes me feel the best right now. I talked with

Elaine DeLack about the goal of taking more and she said that the goal is to

make yourself feel better whatever it takes.

It's a waxlike button smaller than a dime. I would ask your doctor about taking

it while pregnant although that has never been a concern for me (and never will

be).
