Kim G. new to the group Hello My name is Cassy and I am new to the group as well. My husbandand myself are starting south beach this comming Sunday. I am excitedand scared at the first time because i do not know how i will give upmilk for 2 weeks! I love milk! I pray it will go smoothly. I am 23years old and have been over weight most of my life. My sister and herfamily are on the SBD and she says she has been pretty sucessful. Sheis the one that actually refered me to this group. Thanks sister!Anyhow just a little about me I am married and have been for 5 years.I have two little boys, one will be 5 this friday and the other one is20 months old. I sell AVON trying to make something out of that but itis a little hard. I enjoy scrap booking it is very relaxing andenjoyable to look back at old pictures! But for the most part i am afull time mom! I love my job i couldnt ask for anything better. AnyhowI look forward to getting to know everyone else. I am sure it will behard to know who is who but i have already figured out who the peopleare that post the most. There are a lot if cheeses in the phase 1 part of the diet, also you can drink 1%. Hard to adjudt to but it is still has good.
