Guest guest
HI all, I've been on LDN for years now, I started taking 3mg and after a month I went up to 4.5mg caps without problems. I never got any benefits but did not give me sleeping problems either. A couple of months ago I run out of LDN for 10 days and then resumed taking my 4.5mg dose but this time instead of capsules it's liquid LDN. Since then I've been waking up at around 4am everyday. I decided to try lowering the dose to see if it helped but so far it's been the same with 4 mg, 3.5 even 3 mg . Does anybody know why this could be happening?Should I keep lowering my dose? Guest guest
Early wakening could be completely unrelated to the LDN. For example, it could be triggered by a hormonal shift.
