Guest guest
Life-Enthusiast has a lot of vegan based whole food supplements. Probably the highest quality on the internet. Basically they're saying the B-12 in chlorella is completely absorbable in the body. I chose to side with WAPF where they say it's only a B-12 analogue in vegan sources and that it will actually interfere with the absorption of the whole B-12 complex from animal sources in high quantities. He assures me that there are serious scientific studies that were carried out in Japan that proved that chlorella (they studied pyrenoidosa) indeed provides a significant supply of vitamin B12. He stands by the published numbers.
