Hi Tom,

For spinal trouble you could try 'The Egoscue Method' sets of stretching

exercises - they are very gentle and not like traditonal exercises. When Sandi

had a slipped disk her neuro wanted her fast-tracked and operated on because her

MS symptoms were getting worse due to the stress and pain but I consulted an

Egoscue therapist who within a month or so was able to get Sandi at least

walking upright again.

A few years on now, Sandi still does the exercises to ensure her posture is as

good as can be.
