I've been taking a B-Complex with thiamine mononitrate and it has made a

tremendous difference for me. Thiamine mononitrate is fat soluble (like

Benfotiamine) and it stays in the body longer than water soluble B-1.

Benfotiamine is good too but the B-Complex also contains folic acid an methyl

B-12. The brand I use is Jarrow.

I get a product called B-Right from Jarrow. I got it at www.iherb.com.

It's cheap! I also added melatonin for a sleep aid since my legs bothered me at

night. I used to take hisparidin and that helped but not as well as B-Right. It

has helped me with tailbone soreness as well. Merry Christmas!
