Guest guest
I've been taking a B-Complex with thiamine mononitrate and it has made a tremendous difference for me. Thiamine mononitrate is fat soluble (like Benfotiamine) and it stays in the body longer than water soluble B-1. Benfotiamine is good too but the B-Complex also contains folic acid an methyl B-12. The brand I use is Jarrow. > > Hi folks and i wish you all a cool yule > > Suffered neuropathic pain in my legs for some time and may have to start pregabalin and come off ldn and baclofen after advice from doc whom i have a very good relationship and he knows how keen i am to stay on the ldn, but... > > Peripheral and central neuropathic pain, symptoms described as hot, burning, throbbing, shooting, stabbing, sharp, cramping, aching, tingling, numbness, pins and needles. Guest guest
I get a product called B-Right from Jarrow. I got it at www.iherb.com. It's cheap! I also added melatonin for a sleep aid since my legs bothered me at night. I used to take hisparidin and that helped but not as well as B-Right. It has helped me with tailbone soreness as well. Merry Christmas! > > > > Hi folks and i wish you all a cool yule > > > > Suffered neuropathic pain in my legs for some time and may have to start pregabalin and come off ldn and baclofen after advice from doc whom i have a very good relationship and he knows how keen i am to stay on the ldn, but... > > > > Peripheral and central neuropathic pain, symptoms described as hot, burning, throbbing, shooting, stabbing, sharp, cramping, aching, tingling, numbness, pins and needles. Guest guest
Hi Dudley,Which would you recommend to try first, CS or CG? I'm looking at trying it to see if any " MS " symptoms are reduced, in which case I'd possibly be a Lyme case. Thanks in advance,Janet To: mscured From: DudleyDelany@... Guest guest
Yep. I take extra Benfotiamine sometimes. I've been taking this for two months and I noticed improvement immediately. > > > http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-B-Right-100-Veggie-Caps/110?at=0Is this it ?
