Guest guest
Thanks Tim. As I am querying my intake, can I query some of yours too? - Reishi Mushroom 2x3 I have taken various of the mushrooms over the years but when I've stopped them I've never felt any different despite being convinced they were doing something to start with. - multi-enzyme (1x2) - Betain Hydrochloride (2x2) What do these two do for you? Thanks, Janet To: mscured From: tloftus@... Date: Thu, 26 May 2011 18:45:52 +0000 Subject: Re: Supplements Janet, I switch between supplements also, but like you, there are some that I always take. Today I take a - multi vitamin - Vit D-3 (6000IU) - B-Complex x3 - Vit C 3x2(3000mg total) - Calcium AEP - Lovaza prescription Omega 3 - Spirulina - CoQ10 x3 - Reishi Mushroom 2x3 - Baclofen(of course) - Aspirin (81mg per day) - multi-enzyme (1x2) - Probiotic 2x2 - Betain Hydrochloride (2x2) - Power Poop from 's corner x4 Others have been tried and eliminated. I think this is even too many. I am always trying to minimize supplementation as I have witnessed how excessive (and expensive) it can get. -Tim > > > Time for a re-think of supplements. > , who is on Prokarin takes ca, ma, zinc and B12. > What are others surviving on? > > I want to revamp my huge intake of supplements. > As I still follow the BBD , having allergies to most of the foods they recommend you not eat anyway, I am taking acidophilus to counter the no dairy in my diet. I take the 3 standard (ca, ma and vitamin d) that seem to help everyone with MS. I take pycnogenol as a strong antioxidant, IP6 to get rid of iron in the brain, green tea extract and turmeric to help circulation, and spirulina in the summer to help avoid cramp in the swimming season. I shall play around with the rest and see if I really need them anymore. > > What do you all find are your " must haves " ? > Thanks, > Janet > >
