When you use Cayenne (which means any hot pepper) the hotter the

faster the results. The heat is measured with scoville heat units (SHU).

I prefer the Habenaro.

Now to answer your question, I used it in tincture form (most convenient) when I

personally

tried for fungus under my toenail.  I sell it at www.ginascorner.com.

Or you can get just one pepper and put it in hot water and let it steep that

will

extract the medicinal properties from the pepper.

make your own Cayenne Tincture. Let me know!

What works great and speedy when fungus starts under the nails is CayennePower.

After all ther years working on nails only if I would known before my clients

went through all the medication that may or may not of worked.

Stricly non-medically speaking.....

A sign that you may have Candida overgrowth is yellow toe nails. If your toe

nails are not turning yellow, you probably don't need to be concerned with

overgrowth.
