Guest guest
i believe the only proven test for intolerance is exclusion or elimination, with the suspect food removed from your diet for a few weeks, then re-introduced believe there are only two clinically-proven tests availble an IgE blood test and a skin-prick test, would be interested to hear anybody in the uk who has had such a test/s understand intolerance does not involve the immune system and is an inability to digest a particular food appreciate any reply thanks/peter/london/ppms
Guest guest
I'm not in the UK but have had both the pin-prick test and the ELISA food intolerance test (from York Labs in the UK).York Labs was more thorough.I still rotate my food (every 4 days without the same food) so always know if something is giving me problems and I back away from it for a while before I develop a true intolerance.Janet To: mscured ; ms-diet ; lowdosenaltrexone ; LDN_Users From: peter.nicholls@...
