The Indian Network for People Living with HIV/AIDS (INP+) is an ISO 9001:2000

Certified CBO organization of PLHIV. Its Mission is to improve the quality of

life of People Living with HIV/AIDS with focus on three critical areas:

advocacy, network building, and service delivery.

INP+ is inviting applications for the following positions.

1. Position: Secretary to President/General Secretary and Board members of INP+

Placement: Chennai

Job responsibility:

· Maintenance of INP+ Board related communications and logistic in-charge for

the board members.

· Coordination, logistics and documentation of INP+

· General communication to INP+

· Assist in the overall function of INP+ National Secretariat

· Skill in good documentation

· Maintenance of staff service registers of secretariat and regional offices and

leave records of the secretariat staff

· Any other activity deemed to fit to be carried out for the national

secretariat as and when required

Skill/Qualification required

· Graduate/Post graduation in any discipline

· Fluency in English, Hindi and knowledge of computer a must

· Good Documentation skill

Compensation: Between INR 10,000 to INR 12,500. However, offer shall be based on

relevant experience and qualifications.

2. Position: Program Officer

Placement: Chennai

Job responsibility:

· Network with the state and district level networks of INP+

· Review the progress of implementation of project activities and provide

feedback and assistance to the Project Manager

· Collect and review all progress narrative and monthly programmatic reports

of the project

· Document the best practices in the project

· Conduct regular review meeting for the state level networks of INP+

· Coordination with SACS and project state consortium partners

Skill/Qualification required

· Post graduation in Social Work

· About 5 years of experience and minimum of 2 years experience in the field of

health and HIV/AIDS

· Training and Good documentation skill in English/Hindi and other languages

· Acquaintance with the software for managing the Computerized Management

Information System (CMIS) and knowledge of Computer applications (MS-Office,

Word and Excel)

· Able to travel extensively (Minimum of 7-10 days in a month)

Compensation: Between INR 15,000 to INR 17,500. However, offer shall be based

on relevant experience and qualifications.
