Guest guest
Brilliant! I can't even do that with the right foot every time. I am so happy for you. What are the telepathy exercises? I think my brain has forgotten it has a right foot to look after. Janet To: mscured From: alpdesigns1@... Guest guest
You send a conscious signal to what you want to move and it stimulates the mitochondria. Then you try to do it. I usually try to work on wiggling my toes. I can kick my legs out most of the time and for the last few days I've been trying to lift them. This is a very gradual process for me. I can't do the lifting repeatedly but I'll take what I can get right now! The days of walking the parallel bars may return. This is not a magic bullet but it is progress! > > > Brilliant! Guest guest
Alison, how wonderful! The FOS, is that in addition to the cal/mag? Thanks, Tammy > > I've been doing the recommened " telepathy " exercises to send a signal from my brain to my legs.... > Also, the recommended cal/mag causes constipation and Elaine recommends taking 2000-3000mgs of FOS or extra magnesium as a result. Guest guest
Yes. It relieves the constipation caused by calcium. Cal/mag is necessary with Prokarin. > > > > I've been doing the recommened " telepathy " exercises to send a signal from my brain to my legs.... > > Also, the recommended cal/mag causes constipation and Elaine recommends taking 2000-3000mgs of FOS or extra magnesium as a result. Guest guest
Thanks. It's when you concentrate on an area that you want to move and then you move it. It excercises your mitochondria along with your muscles. It's basically retraining your nerve synapses. It isn't complicated. > > Great news! Guest guest
, I do that when I walk. When my muscle fatigue I talk to them in my head encouraging the nerves to communicate with the muscles. It helps me out a lot. When I walk a hill its hard for me so I tell my muscles to engage which I have mentally trained my brain to send messages to help activate the glute and hamstrings which tend not to work. It makes them start working so I can climb the hills easier. My foot drop has been mostly eliminated lately. I have walked 3 miles regularly without needing the bioness. Its the prokarin that makes my foot work. My ear pressure that everyone is talking about is almost gone from use of the prokarin. It was relieved greatly within days of using the patch. When it goes away your balance improves. ________________________________ To: mscured Sent: Fri, June 3, 2011 8:37:15 PM Subject: Re: Prokarin~the Latest and Greatest news Thanks. Guest guest
I've always found magnesium itself a good combat of constipation. IP-6, although for detox of iron deposits, works too for other reasons. Hope you are still leaping about . Janet To: mscured From: alpdesigns1@... Guest guest
I sometimes take extra magnesium (magnesium malate) but I don't want to continually cause the calcium/magnesium ratio to be imbalanced. Magnesium is a cofactor in enzyme production though. FOS is a prebiotic enzyme. It supports acidolphilus. I got the suggestion from Elaine DeLack. > > > I've always found magnesium itself a good combat of constipation. Guest guest
I am smiling! Biofeedback, telepathic pathway excercises can never hurt anyone and if any onedeserves to stand up and kick some butt, it is you! Also, music therapy, moving legs with rythms, marching or flexing to a beat can enhance pathways too, and although this is more app. for brain injury and stroke has shown to be an enjoyable way to excercise. After all there is a reason aerobics are done to music. I have had lyme patients using colloidal silver and immune supports with daily detox for lyme toxins. They are doing well except one client was severely debilitated and on a respirator, her die off caused organ failure due to amonia toxicity. Townsend Letter describes that lyme toxins are amonia based toxins that target nerve tissue. He has developed anti amonia detox especially for this disease. Lyme toxin is alkaline and causes inflamation of brain barrier when it reacts argenine and glutamine. This explains why some lyme patients feel worse after eating alkaline fruits and taking argenine and glutamine rich foods. Hope this helps, i am sure you already knew most of this. Take care and keep those possitive progress notes coming. You have made my day and god bless you always.
