Guest guest
Magnesium has always worked for my spasticity and leg cramps. I take twice as much mag as calcium for osteoporosis. Yoga (or my form of it) keeps me flexible. Also, I've been on Ampyra for several months, after years of experimentation (and thousands of out-of-pocket dollars) with alt treatments and diets with no results. Ampyra leaves the body in 12 hours, so I was taking it as prescribed—one every 12 hours. But the second one was causing insomnia, so I switched to two in the morning. And now, during the day, my legs work better, balance is better, and I can stay upright longer. I don't need to wall-walk. Martha
