Guest guest
It varies widely by center.....some centers (like ours) do them in batches...so it may take longer. 's we jsut happened to be in the ped office like around 3 p.m. with another one of our kids when the results were faxed in (test was done that morning at 9). This last one on JOseph the doc didn't call til almost 5 p.m., but we noted on the test result paper (we keep copies of everything!!) that the lab called the results to the doc at 2:45 p.m.----either the doc was busy busy, or just didn't want to make that call. (joseph's test was at 9 a.m.) I guess if you keep calling and bugging them, you will find out sooner. Also, if he is in the hospital, you should def. find out sooner, that is always our experience with any test. Jen
