Guest guest
Hi Judith, Due to potential side effects such as you are experiencing, MSers just starting LDN should limit their initial dose to no more than 1.5 mg. See this site for more information about LDN dosing and side effects: http://tinyurl.com/ldn-side-effects All the best, Dudley Delany http://profiles.yahoo.com/dudley_delany
Guest guest
Hi Judith, Sorry to hear about your spasms, that is the one biggest fight people with MS have. I don't know how long you've been taking LDN but if the spasms is a recent thing and you think it is down to LDN then you may be experiencing a build up in which case I would suggest taking 3mg of LDN every other day and see if that helps. Somehow I don't think it will - are you taking any supplements such as magnesium to help with this? Many I know do get relief from increasing their magnesium intake albeit orally with supplements or even Epsom salt baths. If you are like me and is not able to get in and out of baths, try soaking your feet in a bowl of warm water with Epsom salts for 15 mins every night which I do. I feel this certainly helps along with a magnesium oil spray on the legs. Hope that helps.
