Having 'MS' doesn't immediately mean that you have Hashimoto's. A lot of us do,

but it's not guaranteed.

I had been convinced that I did because my eyebrows had shortened in length (a

common symptom of Hashimoto's) but after having had the CCSVI procedure, my

eyebrows are starting to creep back bit by bit to how they once were. :)

Do your research, listen to your body and it'll let you know. I'm a huge

believer in sorting out our bloodflow and healing leaky gut problems - start

there and see what happens....but don't rule out what your new Naturopath says

either. Just combine it all and pick and choose what your body says is best.

I went to a new naturopath doctor yesterday. He told me since I have MS I

probably also have Hashimoto's. (what?!)

Yes, you likely have Hashimoto's which is auto-immune hypothyroid. I think

those of us with MS have low thyroid and it is evident in our symptoms.

The eyebrow thing was the dead giveaway for me but heat intolerance, not

sweating and hair loss are other symptoms of low thyroid. Iodine is missing from

a modern diet and heavy metals block iodine receptor sites. Your thyroid needs

iodine to function properly. I took natural hormones (Armour or Naturethroid)

before I started Prokarin and my eyebrows are full again. I still take iodine

(potassium iodide) every few days.

its a good possibility, just get a TPO test, it should confirm or not.

You can even order one online if you dont have a savvy doc.

p.s. I hope you are gluten free if you are ms and hashimoto
